In 2006 we started investing in Chicago real estate by identifying areas of the city which were poised for growth or underpriced. We built a management platform to use disciplined process to optimize net income through innovative marketing, expense management, and optimal value add investments. Having over $160 million in Chicago real estate assets under management we are now applying those same principles across the United States.
