Root Property Group swooped in and totally saved our apartment from the horrible previous management company before them! They have always been super attentive and kind about all of our concerns. Cannot recommend more!!

Had the best experience with this place, the customer service was off the charts. Everytime I called they answered, everytime I had a concern, they solved it. Looking forward to the next deal.

Been in a Root managed property for two years and feel compelled to write a review after receiving lots of excellent service over the years. The online portal is great. Appliance issues always got a call within 30 minutes to schedule the service.
